I use a Pluralistic approach to counselling, which means I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing or growth. Instead, I integrate a range of therapeutic methods—such as person-centred, cognitive behavioural, and creative techniques—to tailor our sessions to you. We work collaboratively to explore what’s most helpful for your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

At Sunflower Serenity Counselling, I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. Sessions last 50 minutes and are priced from £50. I also offer a free 20-minute initial consultation so you can see if we're a good fit.
You can choose from in-person sessions in a calm, private setting, or meet online from the comfort of your own space. Booking is simple—just visit the Contact page to get in touch via email or phone. Let’s take the first step together toward a more peaceful and empowered you.
