Menopause counselling: support, clarity & confidence through change

Counselling for women navigating menopause can be a challenging and often confusing time.

Many women experience anxiety, low mood, irritability, brain fog, and a loss of confidence during perimenopause and menopause. Counselling offers a supportive space to understand these changes

and feel more like yourself again.

Through counselling, you can talk openly in a safe, non-judgemental environment, exploring emotional shifts, relationship challenges, and changes in identity. The aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and more in control.

I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help identify and gently challenge unhelpful thinking patterns. This can support you in managing anxiety, improving sleep, reducing stress, and building confidence.

Counselling can also support wider life transitions, including changes in relationships, reflections on fertility, and adapting to physical changes.

Sessions are available: Face-to-face in a private room in Norwich city centre, online via video, by telephone. You don’t have to navigate this stage alone - counselling can help you feel supported, empowered, and more at ease.
